In the role of our Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing multiple complex driver–based financial models and financial and profitability financial analysis projects simultaneously. This role is not limited to month end reporting and analysis, accounting, budgeting, cost control, investment analysis and asset liability management; you will partner with business leaders to provide thoughtful financial advice in supporting strategic decisions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManages the annual financial planning cycle, including, building and updating of the bank's financial model, creating calendar of deliverables and working with business partners on inputsCreates and maintains profitability reporting by segment and provides analytics and recommendations for areas of opportunity and efficiencyWorks closely with business partners to provide analysis for investments, new product decision making, efficiency gains and cost controlIdentifies and drives process improvements to increase productivity; includes creation of standard and ad–hoc reports, tools, and dashboardsSources and drives the use of data across the organization in support of informed decision making REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred5+ years' of relevant experience with complex financial analysis under pressured and minimal supervision work environmentAdvanced working knowledges in spreadsheet and database software, such as in Microsoft Excel, with strong quantitative financial skillsPrior experience of accounting and auditing financial reporting and analysis in the banking industryIn depth knowledge of transactions pervasive in the banking industry and accounting methods to record such transactions OUR BENEFITS PACKAGEWe promote a work–life balance and focus on team efforts at Beneficial State bank by offering a competitive benefit package that includes: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/STD/LTDVacation/Sick/Holiday401(K)/FSA/HSA/EAPEducation and Adoption AssistanceBank–wide Incentive and Bonus Programs You are welcome here at Beneficial State bank.
