ACCOUNTANT - BILINGUAL
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Administer accounts receivable & account payable. Follow–up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved. Reconcile & maintain balance sheet accounts. Complete period–end closing procedures and reports. Prepare journal entries. Account & bank reconciliation. Complete general ledger operations. Maintain financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Total Annual compensation is $50,000 for the position.
