This is an exciting opportunity for switched on professional credit controllers to join a large company and a growing team.

Page are proud to represent this large security product company in London. The opportunity is for a credit controller with strong experience and understanding of a collections process.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reducing and maintaining DSO status
  • Ensuring strong working relationships are maintained
  • Work alongside a collections team and share information
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Updating information onto accountancy software
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Following up queries and documents with our Commercial team and Operations Managers
  • Researching customer accounts
  • Tracking and recording payments
  • Proactively contacting clients for payment arrangements
  • Managing the Sales Ledger

    • Profile

    The successful credit controller will:

  • Have strong understanding of a full collections process
  • Work well in a fast-paced pressured environment
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of reconciliations
  • Able to allocate cash
  • Any ad hoc duties required
  • 2+ years exposure in a credit controller position
