International Audit Semi Senior

The International Audit Semi Senior would report to the manager. You would assist the wider team by obtaining audit evidence; prepare accounting data; ensure all audit files have the relevant documentation; adhere to budgets and timetable, and be involved with the planning, execution and finalisation of audit assignments. Also, to identify and understand the client’s needs and communicate potential solutions. Supervising and coaching junior staff members within team is also expected. 

My client is looking for a pro-active team player who can work well under pressure and as a leader. Flexibility and good interpersonal and communication skills, both client-facing is key. A working knowledge of UK and International UK GAAP and IFRS is also required. UK GAAP is not essential. 

Must be studying towards ACA/ ACCA and educated to degree level. It would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate knowledge on the current economic and market trends. 

Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering is desirable. As well as, having experience auditing international groups. 

With 15% travel, the role requires international travel, with a predominant amount of time spent at client premises
