Financial Controller

Advise and assist in the Corporate Development and restructuring in Project/HR/Admin/Operation and various areas
Assist in the development of a Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for the Company Group and requirements for listing
To establish a listing frameworks of milestones and ground works for listing and internal control
Review and advise all existing and potential legal/corporate exercise related to the EVD Group and its related companies and joint ventures, company projects & appraisal with feasibility studies
Advise Managing Director and Executive Director on issues pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, divestment and joint ventures
Advise on Company Business Development strategy and fund raising or financing
Oversee the Operations, HR and Accounts Departments progressively
To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance and any professional certificate such as ACCA, CPA etc will be added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related fields and experience as senior financial's role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standard, tax Compliances, planning knowledge and relevant legislations such as company act, employment act and etc.
Strong leadership quality, confident and self motivated
Pro-active and able to work effectively with a multi-functional and cross-cultural team
