Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting team collection targets
  • Provided training and development where needed
  • Ensuring timely collection of unpaid invoices
  • Working closely with collection team
  • Allocation of payments onto the system
  • Ensuring invoice quires are managed in a timely manner
  • Sending reminder letters to customers regarding aged debt
  • Ensuring Teams targets are met daily and monthly
  • Ensuring payment plans are set and abided to by non-paying customers
  • Ensuring strong working relationships with clients are maintained
