Responsibilities
*Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology or related discipline.

*Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for writing.

Requirements
*Responsible to initiate tendering process in strategic sourcing for the category.
*Manage Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ)
*Responsible for monitoring performance measurement for each assigned supply relationship area as well as conduct RFP's Review Bids and perform auctions for simple tenders.
*Manage the renewal or extension of contracts and verification of commercial terms.
*Investigate and analyse drivers in the supply base and provide information on the suitability of potential supply base.
*Responsible for the Analytical Support by managing the information and data gathering to capture business requirements and scope.
*In charge of acquiring data on performance reporting, collate information and agree publication plan with Procurement Managers.
*Manage information and data gathering to capture business requirements, service requirements and scope. Analyse and categorise the potential different suppliers using appropriate tools.
*Understand the commercial factor, advice and implement a strategy to develop best procurement practises and drive optimum value for the category
