Fund Operation Manager- Asset Management (Listed Company)

Job Description

Preparing instructions and monitoring cash transfers for transaction accounts;
Liaise with fund administrators, brokers, custodians, auditor and other third-parties for handling various fund operations tasks;
Performance measurement;
Handle for regulatory requirements;
Assist in client reporting (month end reporting including trade confirmations, statement of holdings and monthly statement)
Valuations
Corporate Action
Client On boarding; Handle fund subscription documentation processes with investors on the on-boarding process and communicate with fund administrators during AML and KYC process
Review NAV report
Reporting CRS and FATCA for Cayman funds

Requirement

At least 2-3 years' Experience in Fund Operation or Accounting or related operational experiences in banks;
Custodian and Back Office experience in Asset Management is preferred;
With strong ownership of tasks and adequate Excel skills;
Good command of written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
