PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Review/prepare management information and commentary to management
  • Prepare financial forecast
  • Review/prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to Head Office
  • Maintain and executesound cost allocation mechanism
  • Participate in development and user acceptance tests of new information systems
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the team and coaching team members
  • Provide advice to Head Office and other divisions of matters related to management accounting
  • Ensure proper reconciliation between financial accounting and management accounting records
  • Participate in ad hoc finance-related projects


EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • University degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification in accounting/finance discipline is preferred
  • At least 7 years’ accounting experience in banking and/or auditing fields
  • Good knowledge of bankingindustry
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret and think creatively
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua)
