Id: 179553 Location: Columbus, OH Job Type: Contract Job Duties: The position supports the CRM ( business ownership role and is critical to the success of CRM system maintenance, enhancement, and functionality. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring the CRM system is meeting end user needs by working closely with business users and IT to address maintenance and enhancement requests. This position facilitates and analyzes the functions as they relate to the Sales Division, completing tasks and special projects as directed by the position manager. The incumbent represents the primary level of interaction between Sales Division requirements, as defined by user groups and by Sales management, and IT. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science 2+ years of experience administering for a rapidly scaling organization. Experience creating user documentation for complex business processes Strong technical knowledge of the data structures; understanding how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast pace environment certification preferred SAP ECC and/ or SAP CRM experience is a bonus Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; specifically customer interaction working closely in team environments Strong skills in proactive planning, attention to detail, and responsiveness Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (specifically Excel and Word) – provided by Dice
