Position SummaryThe Regional Controller will oversee financial processes for multiple brands within the organization. The Regional Controller will also act as a liaison with finance and functional business leadership.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with brand executives Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements and financial data to functional business leaders and present results to brand management Influence staff and/or senior accountants Integrate acquisitions and de novos into the company's financial systems and processes Continuously assess internal systems and processes for opportunities to improve Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency in company standards and processes Own the accuracy of the balance sheet of each brand and legal entity Develop and maintain reporting which helps management evaluate business performance Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationship with cross–functional leaders Competencies Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP Experience in using ERP and reporting systems, especially NetSuite and Adaptive Advanced Excel skills Proven ability to lead and influence teams Change agent with continuous improvement mindset Thrives in a fast–paced, constantly changing environment Ability to recognize when priorities need to shift RequirementsEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Experience leading or influencing a team required 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience required, including experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment CPA and/or MBA preferred BenefitsConfluent Health is a rapidly growing Louisville, Kentucky–based holding company focused on creating a healthcare system that recognizes physical and occupational therapy providers as the Best First Choice?? for preventing and managing musculoskeletal and movement disorders.
