We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide flexible, professional, comprehensive administrative and EA support to the Restructuring team in Leeds. The team comprises of 2 Partners, 5 Directors and a team based in Leeds and Newcastle.

Your role
Include specific responsibilities
•Extensive diary management to ensure that opportunities, location and business priorities are maximised, reorganising appointments as required;
•Professionally fielding and dealing with calls;
•Copy typing and production of quality reports and proposal documents involving formatting, creating graphs and diagrams while adhering to brand;
•Organising events including client entertainment, staff and Partner away days and Deloitte sponsored events;
•Using internal systems to process invoices, timesheet completion and expense claims on a timely basis;
•Maintaining the CRM database (SmartNet);
•Organising and setting up facilities for meetings, video and telephone conference calls both internally and externally;
•Booking and coordinating all travel and accommodation in accordance with the internal travel policy;
•Iron Mountain archive requests/returns;
•General administration - photocopying, binding, scanning documents, printing requests, courier requests, filing.

Your professional experience
•Previous experience of working as a Senior Secretary at a senior level
•Strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team
•Must have a keen and flexible approach with a proactive "can do" attitude
•Excellent organisational skills ensure the effective support of the Partners, Directors and Assistant Directors, particularly around diary management
•Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work effectively under pressure
•Diplomatic, discreet, polite & patient
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients and internal stakeholders
