PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Assist in preparing periodic ad hoc management information and commentary to senior management
- Assist in preparing monthly Divisional Performance Reports (P&L & Balance Sheet) and P&L by products
- Assist in preparing ALCO pack related to Retail Divisions
- Assist in preparing P&L forecast
- Assist in preparing periodic and ad hoc reports to Head Office
- Ensure proper reconciliation between financial accounting and management accounting records
- Assist in maintaining and executing sound cost allocation mechanism
- Participate in development and user acceptance tests of new information systems / finance-related systems
- Participate in ad hoc finance-related projects
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- University degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of accounting/auditing experience
- Good knowledge of banking industry
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret and think creatively
- Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft excel, powerpoint and word)
- Typing skill in both Chinese and English is required.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua)
- A good team player
