Job Description

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

  • Demonstrates exceptional understanding and knowledge of fundamental business & Process concepts.
  • Knowledge in Corporate Trust/Paying Agency business is preferable
  • Verify/QC/Approve/Reconcile transactions track and share feedback with the team.
  • Review and verify weekly errors and comebacks received from onshore.
  • Liaise with internal/external departments through emails and phone calls.
  • Share feedbacks (on errors - internal and external, comebacks, MIS tracking) with the team (along with Team Leader).
  • Continuously provides innovative ideas towards process improvement.
  • Sharing updates and maintaining the update log.
  • Maintain the SOP’s - 6 monthly review and sign offs.
  • Consistently achieves the deliverables without compromising on quality of work.
  • Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate thereby managing Risk Competency
  • Timely and accurate updating and governance of MIS/Dashboard/Document Retention
  • Creating weekly reports/Dashboard for the process.
  • Floor support.
  • Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames
  • Professional and timely handling of inquiries.
  • Participate/Co ordinate in BR testing and related activities and report results (local/regional and CMS updation)
  • Imparting process training to the new joinee (process training, ramp up, accreditation and Go Live).
  • Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.
  • Participate in Audits/ISO/Control/Review

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Key Roles & Responsibilities: List up to 6 key roles and responsibilities of this job. (Percentages must sum to 100%) Percentage of Time 1. Function/Job/Product Expertise - (Verify/QC/Approve/Reconcile transactions track and share feedback with the team and do RCA). 40% 2. Timely and accurate updation of MIS/Dashboard/Document Retention and Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames - Floor Support, BR, Training, Admin Tracking 25% 3. Liaise with internal/external departments through emails and phone calls, error discussion, updates, SOP’s (tracking and sharing with the team). 15% 4. Train, Mentor and assist any new hires, bottom performers in the team. 10% 5. Participate in Audits/ISO/Control/Review 10%

The Analyst plays a vital role in providing the best service to our clients- both internal and external. Analyst will be required to interpret all queries received from both internal teams & external agents and identify and execute the necessary steps to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner. The analyst should have an eye for detail and niche for learning & imparting training to the resources aligned. Should be able to provide accurate MIS reporting to management

  • The position requires the candidate to communicate intensively with the internal customer/onshore in form of interaction, trainings, meetings etc
  • Imparting process training to the new joinee (process training, ramp up, accreditation and Go Live).
  • Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate
  • The candidate should be able to understand, interpreted and download necessary information from the onshore back to the respective team
  • Should be able to articulately expresses thoughts and ideas - both oral and written
  • Should have the ability to effectively build cooperative relationships with people, manage differences and resolve conflicts

Familiar with the IPA Application – Issuing & Paying Agency

  • Knowledge in MTN (Medium Term Notes)/Repacks/Warrants
