Basic Responsibilities

Supports and helps implement enterprise business application(s) which may impact multiple business functions, are mission critical, and cross traditional department boundaries involving individuals and groups with diverse interests. Works with business users to analyze and implement changes to business processes by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, AND
  • Two (2) years progressively more responsible application support experience; OR
  • The equivalent combination of directly related experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing and supporting packaged business applications including troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, development, and planning.
  • Experience working with Quality/Continuous Process Improvement tools and techniques a plus.
  • Experience with supporting an HRIS, including building reports and extracting and modeling data.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors/SAP a plus.
