Our more than 600 integrated care teammates serve more than 25,000 end–stage renal disease (ESRD) and late–stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients each month. We currently have an opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the DaVita IKC Finance team, based in Federal Way, WA. This is a highly visible and strategic role requiring critical thinking and thought leadership to provide thorough and analytical insights and ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values. It is also equally important for the Senior Financial Analyst to have a strong sense of "team" and have the keen adaptive capabilities to work well with all teammate levels and across our numerous divisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner and build strong relationships with operational leadership to manage all aspects of the P&L and key business metrics & targetsDevelop technically sound complex financial models and analysisControllership and owning of annual budgets and forecastsCoordinate with Accounting team to ensure alignment of month–end close reportingProvide insightful, timely, and accurate monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for IKC Finance Leadership and field operations managementCreate and distribute financial reporting for internal and external partnersCreate and manage teammate HC planning model and reporting to provide scenario planning and track against budget and forecastsDevelop and implement policies and programs that improve and support financial processes of accounting for center and divisional revenue and expense, accounts receivable, cash and related transaction analysis, and account reconciliation
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting4+ years relevant experience with performing financial modeling and analysisHigh level proficiency in Excel and PowerPointSubstantial working knowledge of financial statement review analysisExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to think critically and understand the impact of financial results and business decisionsHighly motivated, curious, and comfortable with ambiguityKeen attention to detail with the ability to focus on business critical objectivesAbility to own responsibilities, work smart, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlinesExperience with Anaplan a plus
