An experienced finance professional, you will lead a small team to provide effective financial management expertise across compliance, budgeting, reporting, financial planning, assets and transaction processing for the organisation.

Working as part of the Leadership Team, key responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead the Finance team in a hands on capacity;
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records in the NDIA environment;
• Preparation of Month End and Year End Financial Reports;
• Manage and value add to business planning, budgeting and forecasting;
• Ensure business compliance with all legislation
• Act as finance business partner to internal stakeholders and external bodies;
• The development and refining of accounting policies, processes and controls;
• Monthly reporting to the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and Board Reporting

CA/CPA or ACCA qualified, you will demonstrate a 'hands-on' approach to your work, be self-motivated, capable and a proactive professional with high-level communication skills. You will also possess the drive, energy and initiative required in such a role with a focus on providing timely, high quality and trusted advice and support.
