Scope of Responsibilities

·        Tax Receipt

-          Prepare corresponding certificates for tax offices to acknowledge tax receipts.

-          Purchase Fapiao each month.

-          Go to the tax bureau office with other filling per requests.

·        BUREAU OF INVESTMENT ON OPERATING STATUS

-          Submit balance sheet, profile statement, number of employees and income of employees into Shanghai Foreign Information Management System before every 15th of month.

-          Submit Financial Report to the Statistic Bureau each month.

·        File the Journals

-          File the journals in order of the journal code (Daily Filing)

-          File the balance sheet review before getting reviewed. (Monthly Filing)

-          Getting journals to be sorted and sent to the vendor to be safely stored at the end of the year. (Yearly Filing)

·        Amex Card request

-          Contact with the bank manager, help employees to apply, adjust and withdraw the Amex Cards.

-          Record the Amex Card Information of the Company.

·        Payment support

-          Support the ISO & NSO Hong Kong to review the payments and get them signed in time.

-          Support the North Office with the payments to get signed by the authorized person.

·        Mobile phone spending consolidation

-          Consolidate and distribute the mobile phone spending for all the employees by department each month.

·        Itinerary air ticket distribution

-          Distribute the Itinerary air tickets to employees and help with their reimbursements each month.

·        Bank account

-          Follow up the bank account opening program and the signature update program.

-          Contact with bank account manager with any related issue.

·        Contract management

-          File all the contracts related to the regional office and keep them recorded in sort.

·        Administration

-          Support Finance team controller, AP and AR for filing and other administrative work.

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

-          Support for Shanghai Finance Team

-          Support for Shanghai Regional Office team members

-          Any and all other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

-          Strong Responsibility and Carefulness

-          Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point
