Marks Sattin are excited to announce that we are currently working with an international FMCG organisation based in Leatherhead, Surrey. We have been asked to help with the recruitment process for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is currently paying £22,000 to £27,000, with other great benefits. This is working for one of our top clients and we highly recommend this organisation.
The Role:
This an Assistant Management Accountant position is a varied role where you will be asked to be heavily involved with the bank reconciliations, sales ledger, purchase ledger and assist with month end duties. You will also be asked to help with other ad-hoc duties, this is a role were you will be trained and developed and help grow your experience within accountancy and finance. If you want a role where every day will be different, consistently busy and give you variety that most jobs just don't offer at this level, then this is the perfect role. This position is reporting directly into the Head of Finance and great exposure to the whole UK side of the business.
The Profile:
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of one to two year's experience within an Accounts Assistant or Assistant Management Accountant position, focusing on month end or transactional finance. Also, a suitable candidate will be a strong team player and happy to get involved with other duties during busy times within the team when needed, with really strong attention to detail, this is very important for this role.
