The Finance Director of a market-leading PLC has asked me to recruit an Assistant Accountant who feels opportunities to progress may have stagnated at their current company.
This role will allow you to support with producing the management accounts so it's the perfect next step for an Assistant Accountant who has dipped their toes into management accounting but now wants involvement in the whole process.
Having recruited for them previously, I've witnessed first-hand the success stories that have unfolded within the team and opportunities that are presented to hard working & committed individuals.
To be considered for the role you must demonstrate at least 3 years' experience in accounting now looking for a new challenge where you can stay long-term and progress through the ranks.
I am interviewing for this role ASAP as because it is a newly created role due to company growth, resources and training programmes are already in place for the next recruit.
