Page Personnel Finance are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our client, a leading Perfume company, located in West London (W10).

Client Details

Our client is a leading Perfume company, who are located in West London (W10) - due to growth across their international finance team, an opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to come on board.

Description

Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Management Accountant with responsibility for the following duties:

- Bank
o weekly bank reconciliations and cash flow reports
o Review and Submission of payments run
o Ensure that all debtors are chased for overdue payments
- AP review
o Review of A/P invoices booked in the system (GL, coding, analytics, VAT,…)
o Validation of raised POs (fixed assets, from an accounting perspective)
- Fixed assets
o Fixed asset management (FA register, capitalization, depreciation,…)
- VAT
o VAT returns and reconciliation in coordination with our tax experts in our countries of operation
- Month end
o Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments
o Intercompany reconciliations
o Assist in month-end reporting and budget processes
- Others
o Assist in Navision migration

Profile

The ideal candidate

Management Accounts experience

CIMA/ACCA part-qualified

Ideally Retail, Beauty, Perfume, Cosmetics industry experience

Job Offer

Salary of £35,000-£45,000
