The Team: We are seeking a talented individual who is highly motivated and committed to join our Finance team based in Beijing. The individual will assist the accounting operations of Beijing office.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- To assist with Accounts Payable invoice collection and record, and liaison with Admin for vendor setup process;
- To assist with T&E reimbursement reports collection and record, and post audit;
- To ensure all original documents are properly documented;
- To assist with other ad-hoc requests;
What We're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with 1 year relevant working experience in multi-national company environment;
- Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Fluent on oral and written English
- Team-work Spirit
- Tax experience is an advantage
