For more information about DAWSON and our benefits programs, please visit SUMMARYThe Tax Payroll Specialist will be responsible for quality customer support in the preparation, input, review, transmission and recording of payroll. Keeps current with payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and monitors vendors for compliance. Responsible for annual filing requirements, maintenance of the general ledger, and reconciliation procedures. What you will be doing:Manage all Payroll Tax Notices received from tax agencies and researching any tax discrepanciesReconcile the bi–weekly tax integration to address any discrepanciesWork directly with the ADP Tax Representative on any unresolved or at risk itemsResearch and address any ax exceptions identified on the quarterly tax integration fileUpdate SUI Rate changes in ADPPreparing any registration forms for new tax jurisdictionsReconcile the quarterly and annual Statements of DepositProvide annual Tax Jurisdiction Reports to Corporate Tax and FinanceOther Payrolland Tax related duties as needed What you will bring: 5+ years experience. High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with ADP highly preferred
