AGILE is searching for an experienced financial controller and chief administrative officer to join and support the leadership team on a day to day operations as we grow the aerospace industry here on the Western Slopes. Your role is critical as you will create and maintain the financial structure and reporting that supports AGILE as we continue to grow, ensuring high levels of organization, financial performance, and the overall effectiveness of an ever–growing team. We are seeking an energetic professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, who can provide a wide range of administrative and executive support with minimal supervision.
How you'll make an impact:
General Maintain communications frameworks to empower all team stakeholders Ensure frictionless coordination of all corporate and administrative functions Ensure standard operating procedures are documented for all major processes
Finance Overall ownership of financial reporting and analysis Fiscal and commercial input to product and pricing analysis Coordinating operational and project budgets Manage Payroll provider Liaison with company accountants
Insurance Review insurance needs and develop appropriate coverage plans, including General Liability, Pollution, Equipment/Vehicles, Facilities and Key Man Life Ensure maintenance of insurance policies/plans Proposal/Contract Support Understand prime contract requirements and flow down to subcontract requirements Develop standardization of proposal processes while working with the management team Ensure that independent contractor arrangements meet all company and regulatory requirements Purchasing Oversee the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures, including approval authority levels and capital expenditure/job budget compliance Implement order tracking, check–in, catalog, and storage procedures
Production Facilities Collaborating with the Facilities Manager, oversee the development of long term facility needs analysis, including buy versus lease comparisons Support the Facility Manager to ensure the company has safe and efficient facilities that align with the business needs of the company Support execution of buy or lease arrangements consistent with long term needs Support the Facility Manager with budgeting and financing, as needed, for purchased facilities and related equipment Human Resources Oversee employee benefit programs including health insurance, retirement savings accounts and paid/unpaid time–off policies Support management in determining staffing needs Support management with development and implementation of appropriate training plans, based on needs and regulatory requirements Oversee employee performance evaluation plan, including developing with managers performance measures Review and ensure the maintenance of Company Handbook that details and clearly communicates company policies Organize, plan and oversee logistics for internal events such as birthday celebrations, happy hours, and team–building events, holiday events, etc.
Qualifications: 5–7 years in finance leadership role Strong negotiation skills Preferred: Experience presenting financial information to board of directors MBA or other relevant business degree
