Management Accountant

The client are a large Facilities Management company, based in South West London (Westminster), that are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone that has approximately 2 years of experience working in a Management Accountant role and is familiar with UK GAAP.

The client are one of the largest Facilities Management, Building and Construction companies in the world. They have a nationwide presence and are looking for someone to join their Finance team as a Management Accountant. The main bulk of the role will be assisting the Finance Manager with the Budgeting and Forecasting, the production of the Management Accounts and the Variance Analysis.

Description

The successful Management Accountant will be:

• Prepare all month-end journals within the prescribed timetable
• Run month end purchase order and work in progress report
• Assist the Finance Manager with the production of the Management Accounts
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• P&L analysis
• Accruals and Prepayments
• Variance Analysis
• WIP reporting
• Additional ad hoc tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

• Confident
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a working knowledge of UK GAAP
• Have approximately 2 years experience working in a similar role
• Have excellent Excel skills

Job Offer

• £30,000 - £35,000
