The Role
KPMG Malta is always seeking to recruit talented and motivated individuals to join its growing team of leading professionals.
We are currently looking for an assistant to join our Corporate Services team. The selected candidate will be required to provide high quality administrative and clerical support. The selected candidate would be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to our international clients. This involves assistance to these clients with their banking and payments requirements, liaison with clients for transfers of funds, preparation of Inland Revenue Final Settlement System forms and liaison with MFSA and governmental departments on behalf of clients for filing of documentation and the procurement of certificates.
The role also involves corporate secretarial duties such as updating share registers and registers of directors and shareholders, preparation of share certificates, and procuring the notarisation and legalisation of client documents.
Qualifications and Attributes
The selected candidate must have:
- ‘A’ Level Standard of education;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Very good administration and organisation skills;
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills;
- A smart appearance and
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
