The client are an multi-national business that act as a consultancy to huge technology, new media and internet companies. They are based in South West London (Victoria), and they are looking for someone to join their team as an Accounts Assistant. It is a permanent role, and the main requirement is that you have used the system SAGE CLOUD FINANCIALS

Client Details

The client are a huge organisation that advise technology, new media and internet companies across the world, and assist with their marketing access. The finance team is made up of 4 people and they are now looking for an extra person to join the team as a senior Accounts Assistant. The role will mainly involve end to end management of the purchase ledger, as well as month end tasks. The correct candidate MUST have experience using the system SAGE CLOUD FINANCIALS.

Description

The successful Accounts Assistant will be:

  • Management of the Purchase Ledger
  • Coding of the Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Daily cash postings
  • Daily multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Journal postings
  • Processing of the staff expenses
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Assisting with the system implementation

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING THE SYSTEM SAGE CLOUD FINANCIALS
  • Will have a high level of exposure to the Accounts Payable ledger
  • Be comfortable on Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
  • Experience dealing with multiple currencies
  • Experience with the cashbooks

Job Offer

  • £25,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience, salary is also negotiable)
