A varied Accounts Assistant position based in Ilkley, Leeds.
Page Personnel are representing a leading Yorkshire academy with an Accounts Assistant position. The role sits within their finance & business support team, providing support for all transactional finances duties.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, processing invoices; reconciling supplier statements; preparation of BACs; sales ledger input; data inputting into PS Financials; liaising with colleagues and external suppliers; other ad-hoc duties.
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- Great written & verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- Previously worked in finance or accounts assistant role, with knowledge of purchase ledger
- Previously used PS Financials or similar accountancy system (desirable, not essential)
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 19,000-24,000 + free parking + 37 hours a week + flexible working + competitive benefits package and holiday.
