Systems Officer: 12 month FTC

My client is looking for an experienced Raisers Edge specialist to join the team for 12 months as soon as possible.

My client is a small Not for Profit organisation in East London

Description

• To ensure that supporter data from external sources is imported on to Raisers Edge in a timely and efficient basis
• To build and run queries in Raisers Edge to provide data files for external and internal customers
• To work constructively with colleagues to deliver work and contribute to the development of the charity
• To provide excellent internal and external customer service
• To undertake key tasks such as importing online fundraising or other data
• To ensure that all data is recorded in compliance with GDPR
• To ensure data hygiene by preparing and running regular data checks
• To make structural changes to the database as directed by the Data Manager
• Lead on the day to day data cleansing and other housekeeping tasks
• To support staff across the charity in their use of the database, ensuring that approved protocols are followed
• To assist with the design and documentation of both existing and new procedures
• To actively seek efficiency improvements in processes and to work with colleagues to deliver these

Profile

• Candidates must have recently worked with Raisers Edge
• Knowledge of Charities and how databases are used to support them
• Strong Excel Skills
• Strong Reporting Skills
