Project Finance Senior Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for

1. Monthly client invoice creation and answer client queries
2. Headcount management and lead calls with clients on recruitment, forecasting
3. Tracking of cost and revenue, proactively identify leakages and risk to targets
4. Drive profitability control actions with operations
5. Be an advisor to SDLs on financial tracking

Experience/Skills requirement

1. Strong understanding of financials tracking. Prefer internal resource who is well aware of CCI, WBS tracking etc
2. Experience with client invoicing. Understanding of different invoicing methodology is a good to have
3. Finance background is good to have, otherwise strong project management skills is must
4. Strong hands on experience on Excel
5. Able to analyse data on xls to identify trends, leakages in revenue/cost
6. Ability to deliver on timelines
7. Be able to work assertively with operations to deliver tasks
8. Can foresee risks to financial health of project and raise alarms proactively
9. Should be able to optimise project spends over a period of time
10. Interest in automation - coding knowledge is not required, only ability to identify needs to eliminate manual repetitive tasks
11. Should be able to work with multi-cultural team
