Transactional Team Leader

Newly created Transactional Team Leader role for this growing multi-million manufacturing firm in Merthyr Tydfil

Client Details

I am working exclusively with a growing Manufacturing firm in Merthyr Tydfil. They are looking to re-locate a finance team up to Merthyr which has created a new transactional Finance team. Therefore an experience manager is in need to look after the PL and SL department.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing a team of 4-6 transactional staff

-Account manage for a large retailer

-Query Management

-Cashbook and cashflow forecasting

-Being the right hand person to an experienced Finance director

-Manage a brand new finance system implementation project

-Be the direct contact for the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger team

Profile

The right person would be someone that has experience with managing a team of 5-10 staff. Either looking after a Purchase ledger or Sales Ledger team would be ideal. Experience with difficult query management and ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders is essential. Ability to put in long hours 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday.
