They have a multi-million turnover and have an international presence as well as a strong local presence in Cwmbran.

Description

The business are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Account whose initial focus will be on reporting the performance of the manufacturing operations and the profitability of product lines.

This will include:

• Maintaining the Standard Costing System

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Manufacturing Performance Analysis

• Product & Market Profitability Analysis

• Capital Project Appraisal

• Working with R&D and Sales Teams to evaluate new products and projects

The company invests heavily in the development of its employees and we are looking for someone who has the capability to move to more senior roles with our Team and will support the development programs needed for this progression.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be someone that has experience working on month end procedures for a manufacturing organisation currently. You will have to be determined focused and have a desire to continue developing and learning from other finance professionals around you. Someone looking to continue with studies is desire-able.
