Description

The Management Accountant will be responsible for;

• Preparation of monthly management accounts reporting for multiple entities
• Maintaining the financial records by posting the appropriate journals
• Administrative and accounting tasks using Excel, Word and accounting software
• Analysing the variance of actual figures against budgets and forecasts (familiar with budgeting process)
• Preparation of monthly accruals, prepayments, accrued and deferred income
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Reviewing and authorising purchase orders
• Client bank account reconciliations
• Preparation of supplier payment runs
• Supporting the year-end audit and financial statement production process

Profile

The successful candidate will be studying towards a professional accountancy qualification and will have a proven track record as a management accountant
