Part-Time Bookkeeper

An exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the company accounts from transnational level through to Management Accounts, offering business partner support to the companies owner and founder.

My client is an award winning and renowned interior design company run and managed by the founder and owner, they offer luxury and premium design solutions to their clients based globally, from St. Tropez to London.

Description

The successful bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

- VAT returns

- Credit Control

- Producing Management Accounts to present to owner

- Offer informed advice on financial decisions and insight into company perfomance

- Ownership of the payroll process

- Ownership of Purchase Ledger

Profile

The successful bookkeeper will be/have:

- 2 years previous bookkeeping experience

- Experience using Quickbooks (preferred not essential)

- Excellent telephone manner

- Knowledge and experience in credit control

- All round accounting experience
