Senior Financial Accountant - 3 - 6 Month Contract (Immediately Available)

The Role:

A very exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised pharmaceutical organisation inside the Sydney CBD. Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to take place in the year end statutory reporting and financial accounting. Candidates with pharmaceutical experience will be highly favored.

Key Duties:

• Ownership of Month, Quarter and Year End reporting
• General Ledger, Balance Sheet Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations
• Reviewing of Cash flow statements
• Year-end Statutory reporting is essential
• Senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to interact with the wider business
• Ad hoc work as required by management

Key Requirements:

• CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
• Big 4/ Mid-tier Chartered Accounting experience is highly desired
• Strong statutory accounting, financial reporting and month end experience is absolutely essential
• The ability to work well under pressure while organising and prioritising their duties efficiently
• Great presentation, verbal and written communication
• Hands on worker
• Advanced in Excel
