Currently hiring two Staff Accountants to assist with the preparation of financial statements of field locations and to assist with internal projects as the company continues to grow and optimize. The Staff Accountant will partner with other internal departments to assist with projects and for reporting purposes. Additional responsibilities include performing journal entries, account reconciliations, and data analysis.

Primary Functions:
–Prepare and analyze field location financial statements and budgets
–Prepare journal entries including the maintenance of supporting records
–Reconcile for accounts tied to field locations
–Research and interpret data to answer pressing business inquiries
–Communicate with regional and executive management on financial results
–Assist with ad–hoc reports as needed and assist with internal audits as necessary
–2–3 years of corporate accounting experience in a mid to large sized organization
–Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
–Advanced Excel skills
–Experience with Great Plains preferred but not required
