The Opportunity

The Change Communications Manager for TAS will be responsible for delivering communications that engage all our people in their part in our Innovation transformation and change agenda. You will work collaboratively will be able to think strategically, able to see the bigger picture, with a firm understanding and experience in delivery across a range of channels. Our channels include events, calls, webcasts, email, face-to-face events, news stories, SharePoint, print and digital design, posters, plasmas and Yammer. We also use a variety of one-off media as required.

This role reports to TAS Communications & Engagement lead and TAS Change Programme Director. You will be a strong contributor to the Innovation & Service Delivery Programme team and Communications & Engagement team. You will manage communications resource as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Innovation & Service Delivery Programme team to deliver effective change communications.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and support them in engaging with people and Partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the TAS Communications & Engagement lead, the Communications & Engagement team and the business to create and deliver the TAS innovation internal communications strategy - focusing on behaviour change and adoption.
  • Create communications campaigns that engage the audience using a range of innovative channels including - but not limited to - events, calls, webcasts, email and face-to-face event.
  • Use insight and measurement to continually assess success and make informed recommendations for communications and engagement.
  • Manage internal and external suppliers to deliver channels where applicable.
  • Manage communications budget.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Experience of transformation and culture change communications, including technology adoption and behaviour change.
  • Comfortable working with technology / digital products or processes.
  • Proven skillset in delivery including writing, creativity, collateral production, video shoot direction, planning and organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering change communications campaigns across the full range of internal communications channels.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Experience of working in professional services or matrix organisations or large corporates.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience of commissioning and overseeing campaigns through external agencies.
