A fantastic firm of multi-sited chartered accountants are looking for an AAT or ACCA part qualified or qualfiied accounts and tax senior to join them in a progressive and exciting role based in Maidstone, Kent!

My client are a new and growing commercial practice with multiple offices across Kent and the South East. An opportunity to join them as a senior within accounts and tax has arisen and offers excellent progression prospects for the future.
Description
Joining as a Senior Accounts and Tax professional, in the firm, dependent on the preference of the right person and in which route, they are interested to continue their career, you will be based in the firms Maidstone offices and responsible for the following.
You will take responsibility for either the preparation of accounts, tax, VAT and other responsibilities, for a mixed and varied client base of primarily limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Accounts preparation for a variety of friendly clients
Corporation tax reporting
Reviewing the work of juniors and assisting them with completion of work
Assist managing a portfolio with the managers
Adivse clients on implementation of MTD and provide software training
Profile
You may be AAT or ATT qualified, part ACA or ACCA, AAT / ATT studying/finalist or newly qualified, with a background in the accountancy practice sector, preparing accounts, tax and other services, for varied clients from start to finish, with an interest in the tax side,. Or, you may have focused your career in tax and be looking to further your career down this route, or interested diversify into accounts , alternatively.
They want to consider a range of experience across Semi Senior / Senior, Accounts or Tax levels and mould the position around the right person. You will be looking for a firm and role that offers the scope to progress in level, responsibility and client contact, within a highly successful firm of accountants.
Job Offer
A competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 and excellent training and progression opportunities will be on offer for the successful candidate.
