财务管培生

职位职责：

1. Qualify for core position in finance department after 2 years of systematic training and rotation around different modules. Become backup talents for domestic and overseas after accumulating 1-2 years of management experience.
2. Rotate around different business units in finance department, such as share service module, manufactory module, investment module and tax module.
3. Cooperate with overseas colleagues. Collect and analyse financial data.

1. 通过两年的系统培养和轮岗成为胜任财务专业核心岗位的人才，再经过1-2年管理和专业经验积累，成为吉利外派（包括国内+海外）的候选人才。
2. 在不同业务单元的财务部轮岗，如财务共享中心，制造工厂财务部、投资部、税务部等。
3. 对接海外子公司财务事项，对财务数据进行归口管理及分析。

任职要求：

1. Give preference to ACCA students.
2. Fluency in English Speaking.
3. Accounting, finance and other financial management related majors.
4. Be interested in automotive industry, agree with Geely core values.
5. Hard-working, optimistic and positive, have a good learning ability.

1. ACCA学员优先；
2. 英语水平CET6级或同等水平英语能力以上，口语流利者优先；
3. 会计、金融、财政等财务管理相关专业；
4. 热爱汽车行业，认同吉利核心价值观，愿为“让吉利汽车走遍全世界”而努力；
5. 吃苦耐劳、乐观积极、有契约精神、有良好的学习能力。
