Robert Half Finance has a terrific opportunity for a full–time Senior Accountant to join an innovative, growing company in the Quakertown area. As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to help you achieve long–term potential within the company. Major responsibilities
– Assemble monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
– Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests
– Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations
– Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
– Aid in coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing with internal and external auditors
– Offer involvement in various department–wide initiatives
– Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
– Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

The ideal Senior Accountant candidate will a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance as well as CMA or CPA designation.

Other requirements for the Senior Accountant position include and are not limited to:
– 5++ years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience
– Self–starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
– Exceptional time management skills preferred
– Comprehensive knowledge of Excel
– Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
– Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
