Description

Located in North-West London, our client is looking for an Accounts Payable with responsibility for the following duties:

- Bookkeeping
o Posting of bank transactions (high volume)
o Supplier invoice audit and posting (high volume)
o Ledgers reconciliation
o Petty cash management


Reporting
o Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
o Support with the preparation of the management accounts
o Support with the preparation of the statutory audit documentation
- Preparation and filing of tax documentation
- General administration and document management
- Ad hoc tasks including cheque deposits, cash withdrawal and cost reviews
