Description

This role, Junior Accounts Payable (Temporary to Permanent £25,000) , involves:

1. Matching, batching and coding stock invoices

2. Processing stock invoice

3. Processing goods received notes

4. Investigating for missing information on specific invoices such as missing PO numbers, missing addresses etc

5. Bank reconciliations

6. Supplier statement reconciliations

7. Cash allocation

8. To start as soon as possible

9. Temporary to permanent role paying £25,000

10. Accountancy focused

11. Based in Central London near to Paddington

12. Reporting into the Finance Director offering excellent exposure

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Junior Accounts Payable (Temporary to Permanent £25,000), must:

1. Have at least one years experience in accounts payable

2. Be immediately available or on 1 weeks notice

3. Be keen to progress within accounts payable
