Business Outsouring executive - Assistant Accountant

A small and rapidly growing firm of Accountants based in Basingstoke is looking for a business services executive to work on a varied client portfolio covering a wide cross section of sectors. This newly created role has come about as a direct result of the firms growth and will develop into a client facing, Director level role depending on the post holders performance over the first 18 months. The successful applicant will be involved with producing bookkeeping services to smaller clients and value add management accounting services to the larger client portfolio. The successful applicant will have first rate client facing ability as regular visits will be required and on occasion presentations at management meetings to shine a light on client’s fiscal performance.

The firm has three partners operating in the North Hampshire area who focus on audit, Accounts and tax thus giving the firm a wide cross section of expertise to offer their client base and also cross selling opportunities that foster a symbiotic relationship between divisions. The firm takes staff development extremely seriously and will completely fund ACA and or CTA as well as offering a personal internal training budget that can be utilised for other areas of professional development.
