My client, are a corporate head office based in East Croydon are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their growing and outgoing team.
The main responsibilities will include:
SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
The main responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliations of control accounts
- Petty Cash
- Credit card statements
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal entries and journal updates
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Inter-company: Calculate and invoice inter-company charges. Investigate and solve discrepancies.
- Explain and provide explanation of all recharges, fees and imbalances - make adjustments and corrections accordingly.
- Reconcile inter-company balance sheet account and P&L charges.
- Reconciliations: Assist with month end balance reconciliation and analysis costs.
- Agree P&L charges and the balance sheet balances with supporting comments.
