A fantastic firm of chartered accountants, undergoing continued growth is looking to recruit a general accountancy practice Partner as an all -round adviser to wide ranging clients, based in the firms redhill offices. You will play a key, lead role in the further growth and development of this successful office. Equity options along with salaried routes on offer, dependent on experience.

A friendly and highly reputable firm of chartered accountants based in Redhill. This firm are renowned for their service and market knowledge. They operate a great work life balance for their staff and as a consequence have an excellent staff retention rate. They offer a wide array of general practice services (accounts, tax & audit) to a varied portfolio of loyal clients in the Surrey, Kent and Sussex Markets. Their clients range from small owner managed businesses through to large national groups with turnovers up to £30m.

Description

You will join the firm as a Senior Manager/ salaried Partner/Associate Partner, with a view to progressing into Partnership, all mouldable around the right individuals preferences and level. You will bring a career strength and background as an all-round accounts, tax adviser to sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs and SMEs across varied industries and turnovers up into the £millions.

You will oversee and manage a large portfolio of clients and team delivering on this, undertaking a client facing advisory service to clients, looking to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this department in a business development focused capacity, winning new work.

You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working with the wider management and support team on this. This hire is a key addition to this growing business with the opportunity to carve an influential position.

Profile

You will hold any of ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualified, practising certificate etc, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to Senior Manager/ Partner/Director level on either a salaried basis, or equity/profit share. You will have skills across the range of accounts, tax, audit, advisory and planning skills as a general, all around practitioner.

Job Offer
