Job Description
  • Oversight of the third party administrators and service providers for all day to day operational matters and financial reporting.
  • Close cooperation with other global offices through communication on a regular basis via telephone, email and meetings.
  • Assist and coordinate with anypartners/administrators in establishing a reporting process that meets firm's requirements and monitor this on an ongoing basis.
  • Review all property financial reports including a detailed financial statement review, reconciliation of partners’ capital accounts and cash activity/reconciliation.
  • Oversight of all year-end audit and tax work, all bank account openings/maintenance and funding/payments throughout the investment structures.
  • Estimated P&L for all investments on a monthly basis.
  • Investment cap splits on a quarterly basis. Ensure recording of adjustments to convert local GAAP books to US GAAP.
