I am representing a Client based in Ilkley, Leeds for the position of Practice Accountant.
They are looking for a Newly Qualified/Qualified Accountant with some good solid practice experience to work alongside the Office Manager over the next couple of years with the view to taking on their role.
They have around 300 clients and a small team of 3, 1 of which manages payroll and the others just general accounting. This person will oversee the team, sign off accounts, review work and manage the portfolio of clients which includes Tax and Accounts.
You will be involved in all areas of the business – from the technical work through to marketing and managing staff and customers.
Hours are 9am – 5pm – but like everything at the workplace, flexible where required
Salary negotiable, depending on experience (£30,000 - £35,000 per annum)
Holidays are currently 20 Days + Statutory Holidays.
