I am recruiting a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant with some payroll experience to join a global award winning business consultancy based in Central London.
Hours of work 9-5.30pm Monday –Friday (please note reduced/flexible hours are also an option)
Salary Circa 35K + bonus and excellent benefits
Location: City of London (close to Farringdon/Moorgate and Liverpool Street train stations)
Duties:
Assist with month end close process
Bank reconciliations (multi-currency)
Events invoice approval and posting
Administrator for company bank accounts and credit cards
Assist with monthly payroll processing including monthly reconciliations of loans / overtime / pension / other accounts shared with payroll manager
Managing employee monthly pension payments and other benefits
Ad hoc duties as required
Person:
Previous payroll experience essential
Understanding of sensitive and respectful nature of the role
Competence in excel advantageous
Attention to detail
