Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Perform full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial reports.
- Review and perform financial analysis on the performance of the Group.
- Prepare management accounts, budget, forecast and financial reports.
- Prepare quarterly financial results and ensure compliance to Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and MFRS.
- Liaise with subsidiaries within the Group on their respective accounts and other matters.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by Management as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CIMA/ICAEW/MICPA. MIA members are encourage to apply.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in group consolidation role.
- Good knowledge in group consolidation, MFRS, Income Tax Act, Companies Act and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
- Meticulous, independent with good analytical and report writing skills.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking in the fast pace environment.
