Accounts Executive (Jalan Damansara)

Job Description

Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow movement, management reports and statutory reports.
Finalise and close monthly accounts, assist in quarterly reporting, SST related matters.
Handle full sets of accounts include general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury.
Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year end audit.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, company secretary and authorities.
Ensure compliance to Club Policy and Procedures requirement.
To perform other duties assigned by the superiors as and when required.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or part/full professional qualifications in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
3 - 5 years of relevant working experiences.
Meticulous and high regard for attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
Pro-active, strong initiative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and good conversant in Mandarin (added advantages).
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Possess own transport.
